TV not working
Phone and/or Data working
Digital Service (with box) Make sure digital box is on and TV is on channel 3.
TV not working

Analog Service (without box) Contact our office at (606) 785-9555.
Data not working
TV and/or phone working
Make sure patch cord is connected to computer and data jack. Contact Internet Department at (606) 785-9566.
