Calling Features

Your present telephone can become much more useful to you through the magic of modern telephone technology.  You can subscribe to features designed to make your telephone serve you better.  The installation fee on most features is $15.00 for residential customers and $20.00 for business customers.

$2.00 Anonymous Call Rejection - prevents calls from ringing into the customer's home if the caller's line is blocked. The blocked call will be diverted to a recorded message telling them that the called party does not accept blocked calls and to unblock before calling or the call will not go through.
$2.50 Automatic Call Back - will keep trying a busy number and ring you back when the number is no longer busy. *66
$2.50 Automatic Recall - enables you to automatically return the last incoming call whether it was answered or not. *69
$3.00 Busy Call Forwarding - allows you to forward incoming calls to a fixed number of your choice. Calls will forward when you are on the phone.

Call Waiting - will signal you when you are talking on your phone and another person is trying to call you.
$1.00 Caller ID on Call Waiting - allows you to see the number and/or name of the person calling when you are on the telephone. The customer must be subscribed to Call Waiting and Calling Number Delivery or Call Waiting and Calling Name and Number Delivery. Also, Caller ID on Call Waiting requires a Call Waiting ID compatible display device or phone. This equipment is different from a standard Caller ID device.
$7.00 Calling Name and Number Delivery - lets you see the name and number of the person calling you. The name and number will be displayed on your call identifier device between the first and second ring.
$5.00 Calling Number Delivery - lets you see the number of the person calling you. The number will be displayed on your call identifier device between the first and second ring.
FREE Calling Number Delivery Blocking - allows you to prevent your number from being seen by someone with Caller ID or from being announced to someone with Call Return or Selective Call Rejection. *67

$3.00 Distinctive Ringing - alerts you when a call is coming from a person on your special call list by ringing in a different pattern than normal.
$2.50 Selective Call Acceptance - gives you the ability to select up to 12 numbers from which calls are to be received. All other calls are interrupted and routed to a recorded message that informs the caller that you are not accepting calls. *64
$2.50 Selective Call Forwarding - allows you to have special phone calls forwarded. Selective Call Forwarding forwards only calls from numbers you have on your call list. *63
